For all print and/or logo design work, 50% of the total cost of the project must be paid to Milan Designs before work will begin. The remaining 50% is due when a final design is approved by the client. Payment for additional changes noted on the Logo/Print Conditions page, section II. and III., will be due before changes are made. Once final payment has been received, and has been cleared, Milan Designs will deliver the finished product to the client via email, or on disk, whichever is preferred. For logos, Milan Designs "finished product" is defined as 3 sizes of the logo in each of the following formats: *.gif, *.jpg, *.tiff or *.eps. If another format is required for either the logo or print design, please let Milan Designs know at the start of the project so that it can be added to the contractual agreement.
