Priesthood Fashions acts as a merchandise broker for the designer
labels we carry, as most of our business is done via catalogs
by placing specialty orders for our clients.
To
achieve the highest level of client satisfaction, we have adopted
certain client service policies.
As
a client of Royal Priesthood Fashions, you can expect the
following:

Guarantee: At Royal Priesthood Fashions,
we know that women want to be unique in what they
wear. And with our computerized tracking
system, we ensure that we'll never sell the same suit
twice within the same church or for the same function
or event. How many places give you this guarantee?
Confidentiality
Guarantee: We also understand the importance of confidentiality
in dress sizes and you have our guarantee, that we'll
never disclose any personal information to others. As
we desire to build strong, long lasting, professional
relationships with our clients.

Payment
Terms:
Royal
Priesthood Fashions requires that a 50% deposit is secured
for all transactions prior to placing an order from our suppliers.
The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival of the item(s).
There
is a 5% sales tax accessed to each invoice.
Shipping charges
are applied to each invoice to cover the cost of shipping the item from our supplier. Shipping cost varies and is assessed based
upon total amount of invoice.
We
accept the following methods of payment:
Credit
Card: MasterCard or Visa is the acceptable form of credit
card payments. Credit card payments can be processed on-line and is the quickest way to receive your order.
On-line
payment processing: Please click the Pay Pal payments
button below and you will be taken to our Secure Payment Center.
If you are not already a registered Pay Pal member, you
will be given the opportunity to join their services. It's
FREE!
Orders
placed on-line will be ordered in approximately 3 business days.
Check
or Money Order: Orders paid by this method, will be placed
once the funds have cleared.

To
ensure proper processing, please include the style number
and the name of the catalog that the item can be found, on all
checks.
Delivery
Time / Schedule:
Once
an order is placed with supplier, it is shipped within 24 hours.
Upon receipt of shipment, Royal Priesthood Fashions will
deliver (Atlanta Metro area residents only) or ship immediately.
If
stock is not available (sold out or placed on re-order) at the
time of order, the item(s) could take anywhere from 1 week to
2 months to receive depending on when item(s) is restocked by
the supplier.
Shipping:
If
an item has to be shipped to the client, additional shipping charges will
be accessed to the item(s). This would occur in cases where the
client requests shipping or where personal delivery by Royal
Priesthood Fashions is not possible, i.e. out of state purchases.
All
packages are shipped 2-3 day priority mail by the US Postal Service.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and determined
by the U.S. Postal Service rate scale.
At
an additional charge to the client, Overnight mail is also available.
To have a package overnighted, please inquire.
Return
Policy:
All
sales are final.
When
you are ordering, please make sure you inquire about sizes. We
HIGHLY recommend that you utilize the designer's sizing
chart to obtain a more accurate measurement.
We
will accept a change of size if we have it available in our current
inventory.
You
may return an item if the change of size is not available. In
this case, a refund minus 50% of total purchase will be issued.
(For
example: if the total purchase is equal to $200 subtract
50% ($100), your refund will be $100).
